How much discount do I get?
The discount code will deduct 10% from your order total excluding any sale items (this includes bundles with a discount already applied such as 'create your own').
What documents do I need to show to claim the discount?
You can use your work ID badge, payslip, or verify by email to prove your eligibility.
How do I upload the identification document?
Use the file upload field to upload a copy of your work ID or payslip.
Can I use the same code twice?
No, the discount codes are single use only. So you will need to claim a new code on your next visit.
Can I share my discount code?
Unfortunately not, the codes are exclusive to the NHS and Emergency services. Orders will have the address and name validated against the code. Any code sharing will result in a permanent ban from the programme.
Is there a minimum spend or maximum limit to how much I can spend with my voucher?
