I hadn't tried these before, so was a bit relunctant but they were on offer. Take them to work, just add hot water and away you go. I take them in a flask. My favorites are the chicken and Pea soup! yummy

As I am elderly (87) and disabled I have trouble with my weight. I try to cook one meal a day but your shakes and soups are so easy and convenient, so I have a shake for breakfast and a soup and a cottage cheese at lunchtime. I find they are adequate and so tasty and easy to prepare. I am able to maintain a reasonable weight. Thank you.
