How to prepare it
- 1 Empty packet into a bowl.
- 2 Slowly add 150ml of skimmed milk and stir for a few seconds until it dissolves.
- 3 Microwave on high (800w) for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 1 to 1 min 30
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.
