Our sumptuous Banana Shakes are perfect as a meal replacement if you’re on any of our diet plans. They are packed full of the essential nutrients and vitamins needed to keep you healthy when losing weight rapidly as part of a very low calorie diet.
Our shakes are best when mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk – If you wish, you can mix them with water for a fortified meal of 125 calories.

How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

Taste is absolutely fine, and they definitely do the trick to keep you full. I prefer the milder flavours (banana, vanilla, tropical) and don’t like the chocolate flavours (not a bid choc fan). My only concern is the amount of sugar.
Really nice banana flavour
Lovely flavour I can recommend. I have been using the shakes to maintain my weight after losing 1st 7 lbs while on the diet. If I find I’m putting some back on I have 2 shakes or a shake and a soup within a week it’s gone again. Much more sensible than weight loss jabs where apparently you easily put I back on when you stop.
